Begin the mouth-watering experiences of Trilogies of French Oyster; Gratinated in the shell, Au Natural and Butter Poached following with Lobster Consommé Wild mushroom & winter vegetable then Pan Sered Sarlat Foie Gras Citrus gel, fresh Ruby Red Grapefruit. Prime Festive Butcher Main Course serves with various garnishes, vegetables, condiments and sauces, your choice of selections; Whole Roasted Dry Age Beef Strip Loin, Char Grilled whole French Pork Rack, Josper grilled Herbs Marinated Australian Lamb leg or Slow Roasted Turkey with all the Trimmings.
